By checking/ticking the box "I agree with the terms & conditions" you agree to the contents and their applicability to the agreement you enter into with Mayke BV.
 
Purchases in the store
All goods purchased at Mayke B.V. can be returned within fourteen days of the purchase date. A store voucher will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item.
 
Purchases in the web shop
You can place an order with Mayke BV (www.mayke.com) by clicking on a desired item on the website, which will be placed in your 'shopping bag'.  You can then check the items in your "shopping bag" and make any necessary changes. Once the 'shopping bag' matches what you want to order, click the 'checkout' button. An electronic order form will be generated with a list of items in your shopping bag and requesting your personal & initial payment details. After completing the order form (including payment details) click "Continue" and you will be directed to a secure environment to complete the financial transaction. Your order is then complete. After processing your order, Mayke BV (in principal) sends an e-mail to confirm receipt of your order. If a product is not in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible and refund the amount of the product. The purchase agreement is entered into with the email. The agreement is therefore deemed to have been concluded in The Netherlands. Mayke BV reserves the right to refuse to process a transaction and/or refuse service to anyone, at any time and at its sole discretion. 
 
Prices and information about the website
The prices on the website include VAT. The total price indicated on the order and on the electronic order form is the price including shipping. Any and all customs or import duties and/or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Any such costs are not included in the price. Prices are subject to change at any time. Changes in prices do not affect the amount of tax payable in a purchase agreement as confirmed via email by Mayke BV. Although all information relating to prices, specifications, etc. will be placed on the website with the utmost care, Mayke BV does not guarantee its accuracy. Mayke BV is not bound to deliver any orders that are based on incorrect information that was displayed on the website. There are certain links on the website that give access to websites and information that are operated and maintained by third parties. Mayke BV has no control over these sites and does not accept any liability for their contents. 
 
Payment
Payments can be made by credit card or Ideal. By using a particular credit card (number) you confirm that the credit card being used is yours. The amount payable will be debited from your account when Mayke BV accepts your order. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the card issuer of your payment refuses to authorize the payment to Mayke BV, we will postpone delivery and we will contact you. In that case Mayke BV is not liable for any delay or non-delivery. Credit card details are processed through a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection. Mayke BV is not liable for any use or abuse of the data by third parties.
 
Delivery
Mayke BV will do its utmost to deliver all purchases within five business days. Mayke BV is not liable if the delivery takes place at a later date. Mayke BV has the right to deliver up to thirty days after the order has been placed without consequences. Should the thirty-day limit be exceeded then the customer will receive written confirmation. The customer may cancel the order/contract at no charge. The customer will receive a refund as soon as possible, but no later than thirty days after the contract was terminated. Deliveries are made via TNT couriers. If the courier is unable to deliver your order on the first attempt he/she will leave a message, specifying information about when you can expect the second delivery attempt to be made. This process is repeated once before TNT contacts you to discuss your requirements in regards to delivery (e.g. send to another address, return to sender). Mayke BV insures all items until the moment they are delivered to your address. Any complaints about the condition of the goods upon delivery (including missing parts) must be made to Mayke BV by email, phone or in person at the address above no later than two business days after receipt of the goods.
 
Returns?
All goods sold by Mayke BV can be returned within fourteen business days after delivery. Cancellation automatically leads to the termination of the purchase agreement between Mayke BV and the customer and hereby the customer is required to return the goods to Mayke BV within fourteen days of receipt of the goods. Returned goods which are returned after the specified period can be returned to the buyer without refund. All correctly returned products will be credited within 30 days either as a refund to the credit card of the original purchaser or to the bank account, excluding shipping costs. Orders delivered in the Netherlands will receive a return label for a free return except discounted items, orders placed with delivery in foreign countries have themselves the responsibility for the retuns costs . To be entitled to a refund, the product must be returned in new, unused and unworn condition with the labels still attached and in the original packaging. New and unused means that it has no stains on the item and no wear or tear on the labels. It also means that there is no damage to the sole and insole. Any free items that were sent by Mayke BV should also be returned. The customer is responsible for the return shipment.

Returning online orders in the shop
The items purchased online can also be returned at the shop, however we cannot give you a cash or credit card refund. You will receive a store voucher for the value of the item (excluding shipping).
 
 
Liability
The liability for the purchaser shall be limited to the amount of the purchase price. Mayke BV is not liable for any loss of profit, goodwill or any other consequential damages.
 
Warranty provision

Compliance with legal guarantee:

When purchasing one of our products, you are always entitled to the legal guarantee. This guarantee means that you are always entitled to a good product. There is no statutory warranty period in the Netherlands, which is why we evaluate each product.

If a product is faulty, you are entitled to a free repair, a new product or a refund of your money. If the problem of the product is due to your own fault, you are not entitled to the mentioned options above. You are also not entitled to the above mentioned options when a product has been used normally and it has simply worn out after a while.

A good product means that you can use the product for a certain period of time without any problems. A product can be considered defective when: the product is damaged, incomplete, broken or not working properly and if you cannot do with it what the seller of the manufacturer has indicated.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
The laws of The Netherlands apply to these terms and conditions. Any dispute relating to a purchase and sale agreement, to which these conditions apply, shall be submitted exclusively to the court of 's-Hertogenbosch, unless Mayke BV chooses to bring this dispute before the competent court in the buyers place of residence.
